Yes, I hereby give my explicit consent to and hereby entitle StreamBreak Interactive GmbH (“SBIG”) to process my email address, my user-ID that I received from and my user-name that I use on the third-party streaming platforms “Twitch” and/or “Mixer” for (i) storing and processing, an index-file indexing all of my streams stored on these third-party streaming-platforms during which the SBIG’s interactive gaming application (“App”) was running (ii) for the purpose of enabling SBIG to watch replays of those streams and particularly the parts during which the App was running so that SBIG may improve the App and the games featured in the App. For this purpose, and for each stream, the index file contains time indexes separating my regular stream from those parts during which the App was running.
I may withdraw this consent at any time (e.g. via email to withdrawals@streambreak.tv) whereas such withdrawal does not affect the legitimacy of the data processing up to the point in time when SBIG receives my withdrawal.
